What we do

Well, in the main we are Accountants to small and medium sized businesses operating in the West Kent area. Our service would include:

Preparation of statutory annual accounts for limited company clients in full and abbreviated formats, and non-statutory accounts for sole traders, professional and practitioners and partnerships. We will also handle LLP’s.
Preparation of tax computations, capital allowance claims and corporation tax returns for limited companies to accompany the submission of annual accounts to HMRC.
Preparation of tax computations and capital allowance claims for non-incorporated clients, and complete partnership and personal self-assessment tax returns for clients that are partnerships, their partners, as well as directors, sole traders, practitioners and professionals and not forgetting the retired.

Advise on tax planning, Construction Industry Scheme, PAYE and VAT compliance and other more general matters.
Are you new to business or considering a start up? We can give you as much support as you need at this difficult but exciting time. You could find out whether to be incorporated or unincorporated, how to minimise your risk, how to set up your bookkeeping or accounting system, choosing your year end date, how to pay yourself, the list goes on…. If you choose to be incorporated we can assist with the company formation at Companies House.
We can help you with communication and correspondence with HMRC, most statutory form filling and document filing.
Have you ever had a claim for loss of income arising from personal injury or business interruption? Then you’ll probably know that Insurers need to satisfy themselves the claim is realistic and fair. We have experience of preparing these types of reports for insurers, solicitors and indeed HM Court Service.
